Are CEUs available?
Continuing Education Credits will be available for full participation. Certificates will be available for pick up at the Information Desk during the event. Certificates are issued by Church of the Resurrection and it is the responsibility of the participant to check with their authorizing organization on the acceptance of these CE Credits.
Can I attend the conference for just one day?
We encourage you to attend the entire event. There are no reduced registration rates for partial attendance.
Will childcare be provided?
While children are a high priority at Church of the Resurrection, this is an adult training event and childcare is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can you accommodate a dietary restriction?
You will have the option to choose a vegetarian meal or gluten-sensitive meal during the registration process. While we recognize that there may be other dietary needs, we are unable to accommodate any other dietary restrictions at this time. Please plan accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
Are there group discounts?
We do not offer a group rate for churches sending a team. The reason is simple: we do our best to keep the price of the conference as low as possible so that even the smallest churches might be able to send one of their leaders. It is important to us to give small churches an equal opportunity to attend.
What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel at any time through April 2. Cancellations through April 2 are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. We are unable to refund any registration fees after April 2, 2020. Please understand that by this date we have prepared for your arrival with printed materials, catering and other provisions.
You may transfer your registration to another person from your church at any time.
For cancellations or transfers, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To build a Christian community where non-religious and nominally religious people are becoming deeply committed Christians
To be used by God to change lives, strengthen churches, and transform the world
To know, love, and serve God
The conference takes place at The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection’s location in Leawood, KS.
Church of the Resurrection started in 1990 as a small, upstart church with a big dream of becoming a church that welcomes thinking people who are not actively involved in a church. Our first 27 years have been an amazing journey with thousands of people finding greater hope, purpose and meaning in their lives here. And, they’ve found that a church like this can quickly become a great place for personal connections and relationships that will last a lifetime.
Church of the Resurrection has five locations in the Kansas City area which each minister in their communities with the same vision and heartbeat. These locations include: Leawood, KS; Olathe, KS; Overland Park, KS; Downtown Kansas City, MO; and Blue Springs, MO.
Worship services at Resurrection Leawood are every Saturday at 5 pm and every Sunday at 7:30, 9:15 and 11 am and 5 pm. For more information, please visit the church website: cor.org.
